Get a Grip!
Adhesive workholding grippers are the foundation of the Blue Photon grip technology.
These patented, load bearing, and light transmitting fixture components will eliminate the need for clamps, improve machine access to your part, and securely hold your most challenging parts without interfering with part loading.
Grippers are inserted into a fixture and secured to the workpiece with our patented BlueGrip™ Workholding Adhesive®. The adhesive is then cured with UV light through the core of the grippers.
Head-In Grippers
Insert into the fixture from the back side.
Can be retracted during workpiece loading.
Use with internal and external inserts.
Available in corrosion resistant model for use with deionized water or acid.
Available in three sizes.**
Average tensile holding power of 75-600 lbs with BlueGrip™ adhesive.*
Head-Out Grippers
Insert into the fixture from the top side.
Cannot be retracted during workpiece loading.
Holds delicate and complex parts.
Available in corrosion resistant model for use with deionized water or acid.
